The facilities and environment is really very nice.
The best advantage is Jp is just below.

CNY coming,
have been buying clothes here and there.
3 & 1/2 years anniversary coming in 2 weeks time.
mum say we might be going to HK during June or Sep.
I hope actions speaks louder than words.
can't wait for the next overseas trip.
